In order for your event to run smoothly, you'll need to make sure everything happens on a schedule. So how can you make that happen?
Specifically, how can you make sure your massages are efficient so the rest of your schedule stays intact?

Here's how it works.
Once you request our team of therapists for your massage event, we'll create a unique, customized schedule for your massage event.
This will have each massage session broken up into individual appointments, according to the length of time your event runs, and how long you want each massage appointment to be.
Once you have your secure URL, you're free to share it with your team so they can sign themselves up, or you can choose to schedule people on your own.
If your massage event attendees are signing themselves up for the appointment slots, you can simply email the URL to your team with simple instructions.
All they'll need to do is follow the URL to the sign up page, click the "Book" button for the time slot they want, and then enter their name and email address when prompted.
They'll get a confirmation email and then the appointment time is all theirs!
The point person on your side will have administrative controls of your scheduling page, so they'll be able to see who has signed up for each time slot, and which appointment times are still empty.
Your administrator will also be able to cancel or reassign individual appointment times as needed.
If you'd like to set up the event without your employees booking themselves, you can do that too. Your administrator could sign up each member of your team for a selected appointment time and then enter each person's email address when confirming the booking.
The employees will receive the confirmation email and then they'll know what time they've been signed up for.
If you don't want to use the schedule, because you'd prefer a first come, first served model for your event, that's perfectly fine.
Though your event schedule will be generated, there's no requirement for you to use it.
To review, here's how this service works:
Schedule your event. When our clients set up a massage event, they choose how long they want the massages to be (for example, 10 minute massages), how many total massage appointments they want, and the start and stop time of their massage event.
Receive your secure scheduling URL. Once your event is secured, you'll receive your unique event scheduling page.
Sign up for your massage sessions. You can decide on the best way for your team to use the scheduler. Either share the scheduling page with your team and let them sign themselves up, or you can decide on the schedule on behalf of your team.
...And that's it! On the day of your massage event, your team will know what time their individual appointment is because they've either chosen it themselves, or received their confirmation email.
