Meet The Team
Founder and CEO
Part massage therapist, part entrepreneur, Amelia first experienced the benefits of massage therapy as a child suffering from headaches. Massage helped, and now she’s returning the favor to her clients every day. A 2002 graduate of UCMT, you can find her running, baking, exploring with her husband, or singing her guilty pleasure, “Reflections” from Disney’s Mulan when she’s not hard at work.
Human Resource Director
When Christy puts her mind to something, she sees it through. Call it the satisfaction of a job well done or an amazing attention to detail, we don’t care. Because we love it. A Diet Coke devotee, and fan of bike riding, trampoline jumping, and boating, Christy knows how to enjoy life. And whether she’s volunteering as a math tutor at local schools or spending time with her boys, Christy it’s a life devoted to others. And that’s part of what makes her so good at her job.
When it comes to finding the right therapists and matching them with the right clients, there’s nobody better than Stefanie. Armed with an amazing personality and the knack for talking to people and getting to know them, she intuitively understands what makes a good therapist. And when she’s not spending time with her family outdoors or giving back to the community, she’s probably beating you at Horse.
We’re lucky to have Kelsie on our team, working efficiently to find the best massage therapists to send to your office or event. Kelsie is personable and giving, spending her free time helping her neighbors with her local church. Kelsie loves eating junk food and sushi, spending time with her family, and playing sports and staying active.
Brooke believes strongly in doing for others what they can’t do for themselves. It led her into her career as a massage therapist, which has since grown into managing all the Incorporate Massage training programs. Beyond her 9-5, helping others is a philosophy that guides her life. Brooke is currently enrolled at the Rolfing Institute, and she combines an infectious personality with a talent for finding the root cause of her clients’ pain—or inflicting it if they try to take her coffee.
Positive, helpful, and amazingly efficient, Beka Madsen is really good at building the type of relationships that keep our therapists active and happy. And she’s incredible at what she does. Call it her inner soccer mom or the innate ability to listen, understand, and multitask, she combines the perfect amount of personality and professionalism to help us create an incredible business. She lives by faith, family, and hamburgers. And we’re not going to argue with that.
Jenny’s friendly nature and helpful personality are great benefits to our clients. She’s efficient and dedicated to her job. Jenny spends her days working closely with our clients, and she loves the relationships she gains from those interactions. That love for people carries over into her family life. She loves spending time with her family playing games, watching movies, or taking a vacation.
Jen jokes that she was once known as the Best Baby Money Could Buy because she was adopted from Korea. To some extent, that title sticks because she's the Best Event Manager Money Could Buy here at Incorporate Massage. She's good at problem-solving and making friends, which is apparent as she finds therapists for each event. When she's not working, Jen spends time with her puppies, volunteers at her local elementary school and spends time outdoors.

As a child of the social media revolution, Emily appreciates the challenge of social media marketing. She brings interesting and informative content to our clients, whether it be in the form of a tweet or a blog post. Emily is new to massage and corporate culture, but loves the challenge of exploring this new world. Between work and finishing up her degree, Emily spends her free time practicing graphic design and photography with her husband, watching Netflix, and spending time with friends and family.
Senior Customer Success Manager
If you need someone you can count on or maybe just a killer drummer for your band, you should meet Stephanie. An accomplished gardener, consumer of pizza, and all-around good friend, she combines a pretty amazing set of people skills with the type of practical talents that make people jealous. And did we mention how organized she is? She keeps Incorporate Massage running like a well-oiled machine, and she does it in style.

Kiersten brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Incorporate Massage. That makes her extremely good at what she does, and it makes us extremely lucky to have her. But talent isn’t the only thing that sets Kiersten apart. Her sincere, honest, detail-oriented approach to work gives her an instant connection with clients as she helps them achieve their goals. Customer Success Manager
Kathy spent 20 years in the beauty industry, where she learned a lot about sales as she built her clientele. Those skills and a natural inclination towards customer service became a natural entry into the sales world. Kathy's strengths as a wife, mother, and nanny make her an incredibly personable sales rep and a great addition to our team. Kathy loves spending time with her grandbabies, cooking for the youth, and volunteering to groom the horses at her local stable.
Don’t be deceived, Kallie may be diminutive, but she’s a lot stronger than she looks—and that’s a great trait to have as a mobile chair massage therapist. She also has a deep sense of family loyalty and a gift for organization and building client relationships, which she brings to Incorporate Massage every day where she now works as our Billing Manager. A fan of friends and dancing, and a 2004 graduate of UCMT, she sometimes goes by Notorious LMG.
